Psychological stability entails navigating life without feeling lost, progressing without a sense of stagnation, maintaining well-being without worry for survival, and feeling fulfillment and satisfaction from personal work without comparison to others or envy.

It can also be said that psychological stability signifies "future positivity" and the absence of "psychic dislocation."

Absence of Psychic Dislocation: Psychic dislocation refers to a person's detachment from spirituality, inability to find a life path, and feeling of confusion in life. Such individuals lack the necessary companionship and feel lonely when facing difficulties; overall, they worry for their own survival.

Future Positivity: It denotes a perpetual forward-looking attitude in life and avoidance of stagnation, based on a tendency toward change and an improved outlook on life.

Spirituality accompanied by righteousness can lead to psychological stability.

Spirituality: It involves instilling spiritual values in life and adhering to religious principles.

Righteousness: It means believing in God, returning to divine nature, and pursuing a pure and sincere life without hypocrisy. This approach includes adherence to ethics, humanity, righteousness, honesty, loyalty, and commitment in life, as well as respecting the rights of others and being just, all of which contribute to reducing psychic dislocation.

Emotional intelligence and emotional regulation lead to proper living, elevation, and psychological stability, subsequently reducing anxiety and depression.

The inference here is that making decisions and choices based on reason, logic, intelligence, and understanding, and avoiding choices influenced by others' emotions and emotional recognition, leads to the following three achievements:

  • 1. Proper living
  • 2. Elevation
  • 3. Psychological stability
