Motivation, alongside personality, is also influential for group brainstorming activities. Relationships with others, awareness, and beliefs that lead to excellence are vital factors for creativity and critical thinking. In general, all of these imply the alignment of the individual and the environment. Strengthening creativity depends on two components: first, individual aspects, namely how challenging personalities are formed, and second, focusing on society or the environment. Curiosity as a manifestation of the intertwining of emotional and cognitive facets of creativity, on one hand, with motivational foundations of creativity mixed with experientialism and exploration on the other hand. Curious questions are thought-provoking, and this motivation, along with knowledge and other characteristics, fosters the growth of a creative individual. The growth of a creative individual can signify intrinsic development. Creative behavior, to lead to intrinsic development, relies on the individual's efforts. Unified and strong motivation resulting from exploratory curiosity acts as a dynamic psychological force for spontaneous activities, stirred by an atmosphere of awareness in the environment, stimulating thought and leading to intrinsic development, manifesting as creativity in individuals.
