Environmental adaptation undoubtedly has a profound impact on the emergence of creativity, with social conditions being a fundamental aspect. Environmental adaptation involves utilizing individuals or objects to harmonize with and adapt to one's environment. The individual's alignment with the environment is essential for creativity because innovative methods and adaptation in creativity depend on compatibility with environmental conditions. This is significant because environmental mismatches may portray the individual as an "unpleasant and undesirable element" from the perspective of educators and lead to weakened relationships.

Living conditions can either hinder or foster creativity; therefore, an individual's environmental conditions, including familial, social, economic, biological, occupational, educational, and cultural environments, are crucial factors in fostering creativity. Innovative methods and adaptations in creativity depend on compatibility with environmental conditions. Numerous studies emphasize the role of social environments in shaping and fostering creativity. Cultural environments (individualistic and collectivistic) provide different conditions for fostering creativity.

In essence, "social importance of creativity" and "creative education and upbringing" are two very different concepts linked to environmental conditions for creativity. Among other environmental conditions, organizational, group, and occupational environments play a significant role in fostering growth and innovation and nurturing creativity. Therefore, despite a level of conflict between social detachment and social bonding, an individual's environmental conditions are fundamental factors in fostering creativity; in other words, "internal orientation" provides conditions for operating in an unfamiliar and heterogeneous environment.
