افزایش و گسترش توجّه نسبت به استعدادهای درخشان در سطح کلان، هر جامعه خُردی را وامیدارد که خود را با این حرکت وسیع، همسو کند. این همسویی علاوه بر آنکه، به حیات و قوام جوامع خُرد یاری می‌دهد، زمینه‌های الفت‌پذیری و پیوند را نیز در سطح گسترده، فراهم می‌آورد.

نفوذ جامعه به فردیتها، همیشه میسر نیست؛‌خصایص منحصر به فرد تیزهوش بویژه فرد خلّاق، غالباً تلاشهای نفوذی را ناکام می‌گذارد. پس برای جامعه، چاره‌ای جز تعدیل انتظارات و پذیرش واقعیتهای وجودی تیزهوش، باقی نمی‌ماند. نفوذ ناپذیری فرد خلّاق به معنای استغنای او از محیط و جامعه نیست، بلکه حتی نیاز فرد خلّاق به توجهات محیطی بیش از تیزهوشان دیگر است.
