"Psychic dislocation" refers to a person's detachment from spirituality and inability to find a life path, leading to confusion and feelings of loneliness when facing difficulties. Such individuals often dwell in worry for survival. From an interactional perspective, we encounter two psychological disorders: "psychic unease" and "psychic dislocation."

Psychic unease begins with the emergence of unrealistic expectations. Humans live with their expectations, which are phenomena inseparable from daily life. Life satisfaction stems from fulfilling expectations and aspirations from oneself and others, while dissatisfaction with life provides a fertile ground for various threats to mental health. If these expectations are unrealistic and unworthy, fulfilling them leads to unstable and wavering satisfaction, contradicting mental equilibrium and stability.

In the process of supportive psychology, specialized and professional efforts are needed to enhance life expectations. If psychic unease is not addressed, it leads to "psychic dislocation," undoubtedly a disorder requiring deep psychological therapy for resolution. If left untreated, psychic dislocation sets the stage for the emergence of psychological breakdowns and disturbances. It is worth mentioning that treating these two disorders, especially the latter, is very challenging.

Therefore, treating psychic dislocation is a health-oriented and preventive measure to prevent the onset of psychological breakdowns and disturbances. Furthermore, "mental resilience" indicates "future positivity" and the absence of "psychic dislocation."
