تعریف
هدفمندی به عنوان هسته مرکزی و محور اساسی پیشرفت تحصیلی بسیار اهمیت دارد. تمامی شرایط محیطی از جمله خانواده، مدرسه و جامعه، باید به تقویت هدفمندی دانشآموزان تیزهوش کمک کنند تا در واقع به پیشرفت تحصیلی آنها کمک کنند.
نقش هدفمندی در پیشرفت تحصیلی بسیار مهم است. پیشرفت تحصیلی در شرایطی ممکن است که آمادگیهای روانی و تحصیلی مناسب ایجاد شود. در این مسیر، درک و کشف هویت حرفهای خاص خود، این هماهنگی را تقویت میکند. این هماهنگی به طور ضمنی، میتواند با وجود یک هدف مشخص و روشن که بین آمادگیهای روانی، تحصیلی و شغلی فرد با نیازها و مقتضیات محیطی ایجاد میشود، پیوندی بین فرد و محیط ایجاد کند.
