The feeling of happiness and satisfaction with one's destiny is accompanied by emotional stability, tranquility, and mental focus, such that the person does not pay attention to trivial matters and does not retain useless and intrusive thoughts in their mind. If unexpected events occur and new tasks arise, the person does not experience discomfort, distress, or anxiety, but faces them calmly and accepts and deals with events with ease. In these conditions, it seems possible for them to undertake tasks that do not align with their desires, and they consider ways to change things that are not to their liking. Their emotional states are stable and rarely expressed, particularly maintaining calm and composure in speech.

The feeling of unhappiness and dissatisfaction with one's destiny, accompanied by criticism, leads to mental preoccupation, such that the person pays attention to trivial matters, doubts insignificant issues, or constantly retains completely useless and intrusive thoughts in their mind, to the extent that these trivial matters cause the person distress.

Satisfaction with life hinges on the fulfillment of three expectations from life, which are achieved through living a pure life. Happiness with life depends on satisfying the three expectations of "mental peace," "individuality," and "progress." Therefore, happiness is the result of the interaction of these three expectations from life. These three expectations, in a balanced and harmonious interaction, lead to satisfaction with life. When a person enjoys mental peace, holds a significant and deserving position, and continuously progresses in that position, they are undoubtedly happy with their life, ensuring their mental health and well-being.

It seems that these expectations are most fulfilled with the four factors of "righteousness," "well-being," "health," and "perfection." However, the central axis of happiness in life is achieved through the element of "progress," which includes growth, efficiency, finding meaning in life, being the best, development, and goal-orientation. Consequently, satisfying progress means that the individual feels happy in their path of advancement and growth in life, which depends on fulfilling the three needs, achieved along with living a pure life.
