تحلیل مکتب نئولیبرالیسم بر اساس انگاره «شکوفایی فراگیر ملی» نشان می‌دهد که این مکتب اقتصادی با برخی از ابعاد این انگاره هم‌پوشانی دارد، اما در بخش‌هایی نیز دچار کاستی‌ها و تعارض‌های بنیادین است. در ادامه، نئولیبرالیسم را در نسبت با سه ستون امنیت، تفرد و پیشرفت مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهیم:
مفهوم «شکوفایی فراگیر ملی» (Inclusive National Prosperity) (I.N.P.) به توسعه و پیشرفتی اشاره دارد که تمامی اقشار جامعه را در بر می‌گیرد و به توزیع عادلانه منابع و فرصت‌ها در سطح ملی تأکید می‌کند.بنابراین، «شکوفایی فراگیر ملی» مفهومی است که با تأکید بر جنبه های امنیت، تفرد و پیشرفت به رشد اقتصادی و اجتماعی و بهره مندی همه افراد جامعه، بدون تبعیض توجه دارد امنیت یکی از پایه‌های اساسی برای دستیابی به شکوفایی فراگیر ملی است. بدون وجود امنیت در ابعاد مختلف، از جمله امنیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی، امکان تحقق توسعه پایدار و عادلانه وجود ندارد. پیشرفت نیز جزء لاینفک شکوفایی فراگیر ملی است. پیشرفت در زمینه‌های مختلف، از جمله فناوری، آموزش، بهداشت و زیرساخت‌ها، می‌تواند به بهبود کیفیت زندگی شهروندان و افزایش فرصت‌های برابر برای همه افراد جامعه منجر شود.در مورد تفرد، یا به عبارتی تأکید بر فردیت و حقوق فردی، باید گفت که شکوفایی فراگیر ملی به معنای ایجاد تعادلی بین حقوق فردی و منافع جمعی است. در این راستا، تأمین حقوق و آزادی‌های فردی در کنار تضمین عدالت اجتماعی و همبستگی ملی اهمیت دارد.
در روان‌شناسی تعاملی، یک انگاره ویژه به‌منزله چارچوب نظری منسجم، قابل‌ارائه است که مؤلفه‌های کلیدی آن در پیوندی تنگاتنگ، تصویری یکپارچه از انسان، هستی، شناخت، ارزش و مسؤولیت ترسیم می‌کنند. حقیقت، برآمده از وحدت انسان، هستی، شناخت، سرشت پاک و ارزش‌هاست؛ و انسان، با مسؤولیت‌پذیری دگرگون‌گر، راه را برای تحقق این حقیقت هموار می‌سازد.

In spiritual worldviews, it has led to the reduction of the sacred to disjointed symbolic and ritualistic elements, and in the material realm, it has rendered humans incapable of grasping the layered interconnectedness of existence.
